Gin Cocktail Recipes


GIMLET
TGI Friday's Copycat Recipe

2 oz gin 1 3/4 oz lime juice

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.






TOM COLLINS
2 ounces gin
1 ounce lemon juice
3 teaspoons superfine sugar
Club soda as needed

Combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar in a highball glass. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pack the glass to the top with ice and fill with club soda.Stir gently.

Variations to this recipe:

  • BORIS COLLINS - Omit the gin. Add 2 ounces vodka. Proceed with the recipe as directed.
  • CHITA COLLINS - Omit the gin. Add 2 ounces white tequila. Proceed with the recipe as directed.
  • PATRICK COLLINS - Omit the gin. Add 2 ounces whiskey. Proceed with the recipe as directed.
  • RITA COLLINS - Omit the gin. Add 2 ounces white rum. Proceed with the recipe as directed





SINGAPORE SLING
TGI Friday's Copycat Recipe

1 1/2 oz gin

1 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz sugar syrup
1 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
2 oz club soda
1/2 oz cherry brandy
lemon slice for garnish
maraschino cherry for garnish


Pour the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and powdered sugar into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in the club soda. Float the cherry brandy on top by pouring it over the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with the lemon slice and cherry.






GIBSON
TGI Friday's Copycat Recipe


2 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 or 3 cocktail onions for garnish


Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with the cocktail onion. The onion garnish also marries well with vodka when it replaces the gin for a Vodka Martini.



77 SUNSET STRIP
TGI Friday's Copycat Recipe


1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
Top With 1 Splash Sprite Or 7-Up


Mix vodka, gin, rum, triple sec, pineapple juice and grenadine together in a highball glass over ice. Top it with a splash of Sprite. Garnish with a strawberry and an orange slice






BALTIMORE ZOO
TGI Friday's Copycat Recipe


1 shot vodka
1 shot light rum
1 shot gin
1 shot triple sec
1 shot Southern Comfort peach liqueur
1 shot amaretto almond liqueur
1 shot grenadine syrup
1 dash sweet and sour mix
1 splash beer

Add the liquors and grenadine to a highball glass with ice. Top off with sweet and sour mix, add a splash of beer, and stir.





BONE CRUSHER
TGI Friday's Copycat Recipe


1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz rum
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1/4 oz Rose's lime juice
2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz Champagne

Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass, preferably a pint glass or large brandy snifter with ice, and float the champagne on top with a squeeze of lemon. Serve.


Bombay Spice, prepared with BOMBAY™ Original Dry Gin, Cointreau, Organic Agave Nectar, pineapple juice, a lime squeeze and a pinch of paprika.


HENDRICKS COOLER

2 Cucumber Wheels
1 1/4 oz. Hendrick's Gin
1/2 oz. Sour Apple Pucker
2 oz. FRESH SOUR ROCKS MIX
Top with 1 oz. Lemon-Lime soda.
Glass: V Series Hi-Ball with Ice
Garnish: Float Cucumber Wheel, Straw
Tools: Muddler, Mixing Tin, Mixing
