LONG ISLAND ICED TEA TGI Friday's Copycat Recipe 1 ounce white rum 1 ounce vodka 1 ounce gin 1 ounce triple sec Coca-Cola sour mix Add crushed ice to pint glass.Add first 4 ingredients. Shake.Top with cola and sour mix.Serve. NOTES:
Other variations to this recipe:



  • MASON-DIXON ICED TEA - Omit the triple sec. Add 1 ounce Southern Comfort before shaking.
  • SHANGHAI ICED TEA - Omit the triple sec. Add 1 ounce ginger liqueur(such as the Original Canton) before shaking.
  • TOKYO ICED TEA - Omit the tequila. Add 1 ounce sake before shaking.
  • VERSAILLES ICED TEA - Omit the triple sec. Add 1 ounce raspberry liqueur before shaking.


BLACKBERRY LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

1/2 oz. Smirnoff Vodka
1/2 oz. Bombay Gin
1/2 oz. Bacardi Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/4 oz. Chambord
Blackberries 3, thawed, portioned
SWEET & SOUR MIX 2 oz.
Top with Lemon Lime soda 1 1/4 oz.
Tools: 14 oz. Mixing Glass, Mixing Tin

Garnish: Lemon Squeeze, Straw


LONG BEACH ICED TEA

1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
Top w/ 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Glass: V Series Hi-Ball with Ice

Garnish: Lemon Squeeze, Straw


ULTIMATE LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

1/2 oz. Smirnoff Vodka
1/2 oz. Bombay Gin
1/2 oz. Bacardi Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Brandy
2 oz. SWEET & SOUR MIX
Top with Cola 1 1/2 oz.
Glass: Ultimate Swirl
Tools: Mixing Glass, Mixing Tin, Strainer

Garnish: Two Lemon Squeezes, Straw
