Pepper Crusted Pork Chop


PEPPER CRUSTED PORK CHOP
TGI Friday's Copycat Recipe

Serves 4


4 thin pork chops
A generous amount of EVOO
Roughly 2 tablespoons of freshly cracked black pepper

Liberally coat pork chops with EVOO. Slather with the black pepper on one side. In a screaming hot cast iron skillet, put each chop, pepper side down. Cook on each side for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink in the middle.  Make a gravy from the pan drippings.  Serve with mashed potatoes and onion rings
